Are your shirts licensed?
Yes, all tees sold on this site are 100% licensed & imported.

How can I tell if my tee is NOT licensed?
The print is usually overly inked with a touch of blur. Also, if they're all on the same label.

Return and Refund Policy?

BAND T-SHIRT SHOP make every effort to package items to ensure safe delivery. All postage is done through Australia Post, with the option for express posting if desired. BAND T-SHIRT SHOP will be happy to exchange any faulty items within 14 days of purchase.

Returns

Customers returning items must be aware that they will pay all postage costs in returning the stock to us for inspection. We will assess the item and its faults and will decide at our discretion if the item should be refunded according to the terms below.


If you would like to exchange a clothing item for another size or design, please email returns bandtshirtshop@hotmail.com with the following information

Subject = Exchange Request
Customer Name -
Order Number -
Details of request - (what size you originally ordered, what size or design you would like to swap for)

We will email you back with more information and instructions. Be aware that postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless of course the wrong size was sent by BandTshirtShop.

Exchange

If an item is found to be faulty, an exchange will only be made for the same item. Customers are not permitted to exchange for other items.

Refund

No cash refunds will be provided by BAND T-SHIRT SHOP.
